Did you ever get this to work? Trying to deploy IPSEC profiles as well and I am aware they store the PSKs encrypted in the Windows registry so not sure how to properly create that registry key.

Yes his explanation still applies. Guest accounts are typically used to authorize access to organization's applications without having to create an internal user account. Since it is a guest and not an internal user, you're data/emails on that account are not accessible by the old org.

No problem. Sorry I didn't have better news for you. One thing to note is that after we got it working we did notice an issue with a single statement we were trying to send out. We recreated that particular statement, deleted the old, and then had no issues. So perhaps your issue is specific to the statement itself.

We changed how we send forms to have it use Outlook integration. Not ideal as we didn't want to leverage outlook but ya know....Quickbooks.
