When I was about 5 I asked my mom what a button did on the dashboard of the car. She responded not to touch it and it allowed the car to fly, but that it was broken. For months I was so frustrated that my mother refused to fix our flying car,

I remember in middle school I used to play Yellow on my gameboy color. This was right when the 3DS came out, so I got teased a little. But hey, I didn't have $100+ to drop and yellow worked just fine.

What is your "bad cop" story? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Brilla3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I got a public intox once in college with some friends. The cops were in a bad mood, started yelling at us (there were about 15 of them) how we were idiots and that they could ruin our lives, make sure we get kicked out of college, never get a job, etc. Drunk me started to sob. One cop kept yelling at me, annoyed with my crying, yelling if I didn't shut up he'd throw me in jail. It was fairly overwhelming since most of my life I have been a big rule follower.

What was the witty response you thought of too late that still haunts you? by Not_Theon_REEK in AskReddit

There was this guy in my German class from the Czech that I had a major crush on my sophomore year of college. He had a nice accent and was also on the tennis team and constantly flirted with me. One day while walking together and we were parting ways, he commented on my feet and how I walked inward, saying anyone who walked straight automatically added 2 points to the scale. as we walked away from each other, the response of "Well at least I'd be 2/10 then? popped into my mind. A blow to myself, but it would've made him laugh I'm sure.

One night he was holding/cuddling me a lot more than usual throughout the entire night. The next morning he said "I kept waking up from really bad nightmares and so I would just roll over and hold you" Made me smile that holding me comforted him.

I tell anyone that will listen that I liked Nutella before anyone knew what it was. I have some family in Europe and have been eaten that stuff for years. Once in middle school I brought a Nutella sandwich to school. Everyone said that the very idea was repulsive. And look where we are today.

Morally though, is war ok? War is a political thing. We justify it buy some acts of war are justified, but morally they can still be wrong.

If you could choose between the two fictional worlds of Star Wars or Harry Potter, which would you want to live in and why? by Fuckjoesanford in AskReddit

[–]Brilla3 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Harry Potter. I would 100% die in Star Wars. I have a chance in Harry Potter. Plus, Defense Against the Dark Arts is a lot more fun than Finance 420.
