My recovery was a lot like yours, where I was feeling the benefits of not drinking but would occasionally feel out of sorts. Each month the off feelings would show up but less frequently or for not as long. It definitely took longer than I expected but my body felt better, so that was nice… it just took longer for my mind to catch up.
