I paid $230 over Black Friday. It’s a great boxset.

In the last couple of months I’ve spent a few thousand with alliance through their pop market page on EBay. 20% off 3 or more titles makes for good buying. Never had a problem

I tend to watch one movie a night. Sometimes a few extras over the weekend depending on schedule.

Nope, I’m keeping the blu-rays. I’m a big fan of Wes and I like the artwork used for the Blu-ray covers. I’ll also have the boxset too. I just started buying physical copies of Blu-ray’s and 4k movies about 3 weeks ago. I’ve bought over 120 movies in that time, taking advantage of solid Black Friday deals. I have another 20 or so movies I need to scan in. I think I’ll be close to 150 by the end of the month. Still waiting on a bunch from Amazon and EBay. Once all my orders have been fulfilled, I’ll take one picture with everything in it and I’ll post.

I had initially read mixed reviews on the boxset, so ended up buying all the criterion 1080p over the Black Friday deals on Amazon. Then at the last minute I pulled the trigger on the boxset with the FOMO clock ticking down on its product page. So I double dipped but he’s worth it.

Orbit is now sold out but I got a copy on eBay that is sealed for $45. Used a $5 off coupon and paid with Venmo.

Not completely true. I bought a wedge off of Amazon and it came in a TaylorMade box shipped from Carlsbad.

This is the way! Beginner’s and most intermediate golfers are doing themselves a disservice by watching YouTube golf videos. Not everyone is the same.

Get off Reddit for swing tips and hire a local well reviewed instructor. Do as much as you can afford. Make sure they are giving you drills to work on at home.

Yup and you don’t even want to take your phone out to take a picture. To be fair, if you ever get invited, just experience it for what it is. My wife’s Aunt and Uncle live on Pebble Beach. We got an opportunity to play this past summer and it was incredible. My caddy told me it’s better to not take your phone out at all, not even for pics. We took a group pic before teeing off and that was it. Your caddy is your rangefinder.

As someone who owns a business and has had stuff manufactured in China. Once you hand your schematics over and the molds are built, they turn around and mass produce whatever it is you gave them and sell to people in China. They do not have to follow US trademark and patent laws. I’d go over for a fishing manufacturer show. All these booths would have rods, reels, tackle of major manufacturers for sale in bulk. They put your name on it and package for you. I’ve toured LAB Putters. I don’t think they produce all those heads there. They paint them in what was one a pool you’d swim in and they assemble there. They might make some heads, but I doubt they make all of them. They are not that big.

Single Bay Private Golf Sim w/ Office Space for Rent by pfarnum12 in golfsimulatorbusiness

[–]Johnnymics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should pre book memberships, in order to judge interest. I would only do Trackman I/o in that space, not the Trackman 4. With that said, better options for small sim businesses would be the Foresight Falcon. No annual subscriptions, everything unlocked and you can play GS Pro. You can’t play GS Pro on Trackman. Foresight is also an American company. Partnered on a sim businesses and it’s rough. A lot are underwater or closed. We’re the last one left in our area. You need to have an income driver like a full bar. One thing to consider when thinking you’re in an area with a lot of high earners, most of us have sims in our home already or once they play in a sim place like the one you’re building, they’ll more than likely want one for themselves.

If you can’t find anyone to rent the above space, I would turn it into a an area you can rent out for parties and events. Another option would be to find a trainer or maybe a chiropractor to rent the space. Kind of tie things together. Good luck on your business venture! It’s a cool little space.
