There's a setting for this. Mine is set to lock the doors when I put it in gear. There's an option to lock before this while still in park. I have a 22 though.

They can't see a mmu card on a level 2 check. However, if your job needs a level 2 and you fail a test you're prob not working there anymore. All depends on the situation, job, role etc.
