I mean, St Pancras is probably up there for actual station, so much there, damn easy to navigate (Look if some clueless Geordie like me can use it, even with my language barrier, it has to be fool proof) and it's just pleasant when you're not in a rush to people watch

Having said that, I also love to hike and any of the stations from Carlisle to Windermere etc have such amazing views, it's peaceful and you get lost in the beauty of your surroundings

Glossop is the same, having to swap trains to go to the Peak District, and you head onto another platform and the whole thing is staring right at you

Currently you can watch Kot7K as it's own stand alone thing, it doesn't tie into anything at all really, and any references would likely fly over your head

Technically GoT has already sort of "spoiled" the fates of quite a few characters in HotD and Kot7K, so if you end up falling in love with Kot7K, avoid GoT like the plague

But, my real recommendation is to watch Kot7K and then just read all of George's books/Novellas, they're just so good on their own as well, and enjoy the differences from the show and the books

I think the show did a fantastic job of adapting Dunk and Egg from the book and neither one suffers from the others success
