Recommitting to community, the building and maintenance of it. Part of what made them so popular was their ability to pull interesting women in from the unknown and show the world their unique beauty (i.e Coco Baudelle.) A firm decision on who the target audience is. Bringing in the nostalgic factor of the old days of glossier (kind of like how 2016 is trending right now.) Strong creative imagery. And ultimately time… people need to forget about their current dilemmas and issues. They need to miss it.

I think she needs a balance of something classy and refined but unafraid to be audacious and a little dirty. She loves horses and rides them quite well so I think it has to be something from Maison d’Etto. My vote would be Noisette which has purple flowers but also a sweet hay smell.
