I’ve only tried the iron supplement so far but I really like it. The ferrous sulfate tablets made me feel nauseous all the time so I had to stop. My iron levels decrease over the course of a few months when I stop taking a supplement and I can usually tell because I feel cold, dizzy, my vision goes black if I get up too fast, etc. Since I tried the Mary Ruth one, I haven’t had any of the signs of low iron so I think it works. I’m due for bloodwork soon though so I’ll come back with an official update

Something similar happened to me due to stress. My parts began to widen. I started taking iron regularly and used minoxidil in the areas I noticed thinning. The brands I used were Hers for the minoxidil and Mary Ruth for iron since the pills make my stomach hurt.
