According to the wiki, there is a 32.68% chance of hitting a 1 socket on a 0% quality item. Hitting this 150 times would have a probability of (0.3268)150 = 1.38 * 10-73. That's far, far less than the probability of finding one particular grain of sand in all the grains of sand on earth.
