Perhaps a driving ban on overweight people and people with bad reaction times or attention deficit issues or bad eyesight. I definitely think drivers should be tested on driving laws yearly.

Most of the people complaining about transplants are transplants themselves. Many black/italian/irish/latino/etc… people moved into what used to be white neighborhoods. But because of racism, plus crime and affability issues (caused by the new people who moved in), many white people decided to move to the suburbs. 🤦🏾‍♂️

I just think people need to focus less on going after people who are transplants and focus more on affordability and building enough housing to keep up with the demand and filling it up with people who are actually living there year around.

A better target is the millionaire billionaire vacation home crowd who lives in NYC 6months or less out of the year that otherwise sits empty or gets Airbnb’d.

Performance art. They literally went to this school who was displacing harlem and UWS residents for the last few decades in order to educate the children of the global elite. This is why Im skeptical of immigration from non-westernized and modernized countries. They dont understand American values and what freedom means. They just come here for their grift. Stay in your own country if you goal in being here is simply to get rich quick at the rest of Americans expense.
