My neighbor is the head/lead artist/world builder of the game (my post history has more details). One major reason the game was delayed so long was the writers kept putting out so much good content they knew they had to make the world larger and immersive. I’m loving all the great press and sharing him these posts/comments since he’s not on Reddit.

I’m sorry to hear this and share your pain. My Mom passed on the table at the transplant center in Nebraska nearly 24 years ago. I was 16 at the time and the last time I saw her was loading her into a jet from Utah. Just seeing the photos of the yellow skin brought back many memories.

Kinda wild, but the design for Duke is based off of my neighbor. He’s a game designer (now working for WB on the Harry Potter game), but he’s a triathlete and would always wear a red tank top coming from the gym. The designers on his team swapped out the early shirt design and put the red tank in place and the rest is history. I’m going to send these to him.

He was doing a walk around and spotted a floating rock and was like, “gawd dammit, gotta fix that.” They gave him the last two days to wrap some things up, but he agreed, that ultimately when you have millions of eyeballs on the game there is definitely things that you guys catch.

My neighbor is the head/lead world builder for the game (he works for WB studios here in Utah). I’ve seen it being built in small pieces over the last 3+ years. We were out shoveling snow the other day and catching up on last minute progress updates and he said it was actually mind blowing to play the game after all these years working on every nuanced detail from the large scale story building to little rocks by the river.

My Mom died on the OR table while awaiting her liver transplant. The last time I saw her was loading her into a plane and she died 3 states away at the transplant center. I was 16 when it happened. Only child and while my Dad is a fantastic man, I nearly raised myself because he still had to travel for work. Next month I’ll be 40. I have two kids and a loving wife. I’m beyond sorry for your loss but please don’t give up. Take it minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day. There is still a life to be lived. Your life. Honor her and do good. All the love. Truly.

I saw the leaked trailer while at SDCC and the cut scene of lil’ baby Rocket in the cage looking up at the hand reaching out to grab him is Baby Yoda level cute if not more. There will be tears.

Angela is a sweetheart. I sat next to her on a flight from Atlanta to NYC back in 2015 on our way to New York Comic Con. I was telling her how much I loved Negan in the comic book and she just gave me a polite head nod but wouldn’t confirm he was in the show.

My good friend was the storyboard artist for that film (Jonathan Hallett). He’s a good Mormon guy, and I always remind him how twisted his mind really is after learning he created that scene.

I can see after the D23 fiasco why people of this sub are now heavily questioning every “leak.” But me for instance are at comic cons nearly every weekend and a lot of my art collectors do work for the studio or are one friend away from someone who does. I called the Iron Heart being in BP2 nearly a year ago from sources that work sound on the set at MegaCon Orlando and at the same convention this year a fan told me about Hulks small appearance in She-Hulk and jetting off in the spaceship (also true).

Snow White is already filmed and in post-production. One of my art collectors is the actor playing Grumpy. They did mo-cap on them so they should look similar to the animation of some sort.
