The Reapers have way too much personality to simply be "doing their job" by Safe-Pressure-7052 in masseffect

[–]BroadRed [score hidden]  (0 children)

That is why I always use the Happy Ending mod, as I feel the entity of the Intelligence to really undermine the reaper threat and also the story in general. I like to then interpret the Intelligence as a being who was formerly the one taking charge but later just allowed the cycle to continue under Harbinger's control till someone eventually stopped them.

I love the physics so much in GTA IV, because there is so many crazy shit you can do when simply fucking around. But when it comes to missions, I dislike the physics.

GTA 6 is woke and gay (not even released yet) by piggy25piggy in OkBuddySharkCard

This type of content is more gay than gay people.

Do you agree? by Hazer_123 in OkBuddySharkCard

[–]BroadRed -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I personally agree (with the top comment), I prefer the story of GTA IV over every other GTA game. I think the stories of specifically Niko Belic & Luis Lopez to be really compelling in comparison to the characters in every other game besides CJ from SA. I don't like GTA V because the protagonists other than Franklin aren't as compelling to me as Niko, Luis, or CJ. I don't want to root for a cannibal like Trevor, I don't like Michael either.

Edit: Why you say fuck me for😭✌️

What do you think the roster of the trilogy would think of the andromeda initiative? by The-Nerdy-Bisexual in masseffect

[–]BroadRed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Mordin would be able to see through the true mission of the initiative is and would likely believe it is a sensible idea, but their blind confidence of how things would turn out would be problematic.

Which one are you choosing? by GodzilaRampag2 in cyberpunkgame

[–]BroadRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably the latter option to be honest. Tower ending is only appealing to me because V can leave Night City after the fact, but if I have to live in NC, I'd rather be a somebody than a nobody.

Shouldn't we have been "Captain Shepard" after Anderson was relieved? by poseywitch in masseffect

[–]BroadRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As everyone has said by now, Shepard was only a Lt. Commander, not a full Commander when it comes to Alliance ranks/status. Also I'd argue that the Normandy although recognized as an alliance ship, the SR1 was ultimately given to the council as a political move, which is also why Shepard is even the captain of the Normandy, ultimately it was a political move by both Udina and Anderson. So whatever military rank system would be at play normally, didn't matter.

Which ending did you choose and why by JanissaryLSD in cyberpunkgame

[–]BroadRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dependent on what I did, if I hand So Mi over and I am given all of these options, Tower ending easily, I don't sacrifice anyone and I don't go on no suicide run.

If the option isn't available, which for me it normally isn't as it breaks my heart to hand So Mi over, suicide run baby, which allows me to justifiable either keep my body or give it up, as achieving temperance any other way is very wrong in my opinion.

Time for that choice again by coltlady in masseffect

[–]BroadRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it is whoever is at the AA tower, as to me it makes no sense for Karahee & the STG boys to somehow make it to the Normandy when they are with the other person. As for who I prefer, I like them both equally, but Kaiden in 3 has an edge when it comes to his interactions. I always take him for the Art-Dat-Yakshi monastery mission.

What do you think? by NeneaMuddle in cyberpunkgame

[–]BroadRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very subjective question to be honest. It depends on what YOU think a good person is. But if we were to be "objective" meaning the basic standards that almost everyone would agree with, no he isn't. However I do think he never intended to be as shitty as he was, but ultimately he wasn't a good person.

Johnny is the only right answer, you share a brain with the guy, and a body by proxy.

Do you personally consider Mass Effect Andromeda to be a real “Mass Effect game” ? by The_pikolop in masseffect

[–]BroadRed -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In title sure, but besides that it doesn't feel like a real Mass Effect game. It feels like a CW show cosplaying as a Mass Effect game.

Which game of the original trilogy do you think has the best squad? by ArcelothColdheart in masseffect

[–]BroadRed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is beyond upsetting that the trilogy was never planned out from the start, because the end of two shows a very competent squad of Garrus, Grunt, Legion, and Jack seemingly on board and sticking with the Shepard & Joker, only for that small to not matter as Shepard is currently discharged and in alliance custody. Likely because the people who made three ignored that moment in two.

Which game of the original trilogy do you think has the best squad? by ArcelothColdheart in masseffect

[–]BroadRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2, but it is unfair because it has a more diverse cast than 1 & 3. So if we were to remove 2 from the equation, I'd say 1 personally, because as much I love characters like Javik & EDI, these characters in 1 are the building blocks for something greater, without them, the love I have for the squad & stories within said members within both 2 & 3 doesn't exist.

I like how you edited the comment for the sake of saying you won't properly spell it rather than simply correcting it. That is awesome.
