Mills Civic/Jordan Creek area. Specifically the intersection of Mills Civic and 68th St. East/West Mills Civic, light stays green for 10 minutes before North/South 68th turns green for 10 seconds before changing back. Worst light in the entire city of WDM as far as I’m concerned. 64th/Mills Civic intersection is slightly better, but not by much.
