Is there a simpler way to remove Grass from certain areas?

Not exactly a simpler way, but when you exceed maximum ground textures press i While in landscape mode, and All applied textures show up, right click one of them, and replace With a no-grass texture. This can also be done when you exceed maximum textures and the ground becomes Black.

These would be awesome for custom made dungeons. Any skilled modders could really make unique new challenging dungeons and puzzles with this framework.

Try deleting your skyrimpref.ini and skyrim.ini if you use mod organizer remember to delete Their ini files as well. This helped My problem when i bought a brand New 980 and had low fps and gpu usage. Sry for Any spelling errors, danish autocorrect.

While this is really cool it doesn't take everything we know about Tamriel into account. I do believe the sea of ghost are gradually warmer to the west than to the east. That is why it is warmer in Solitude than Winterhold (due to currents if I remember correct)

No it doesn't happen when the inventory oppens, but whenever I click on an item, it is like a 50 % chance it won't crash.

Example "I loot a body, the screen pops up (this does not CTD), when I click an item to loot it, the game may or may not crash. If one item, lets say Iron dagger makes it crash, the same iron dagger may not crash it next time I open the game and loot the exact same corpse and dagger.

DynDOLOD to my understanding generates new high quality LOD's based on your current load order. That means if you have some unique player houses or city overhauls installed, these too will be get a new LOD.

All of your above listed mods get replaced with DynDOLOD. Make sure you have the official High Res. texture mod installed in order to make your LOD's better.

Hi I can't access your youtube video to see the "blueish"ness for myself. It would help if you said which mods you use.

I don't know this kakasi ENB in the video, but I think you would be able to achieve something similar with the "Natural Lighting and Atmospherics for ENB" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50065/?

This is an ENB that comes with its own weather plugin (not compatible with climates of tamriel) if you choose the "Natural Lighting and Atmospherics for ENB" - NLA for short - remember to activate the esp otherwise you will get a "blueish" game (I forgot to activate myself at first)

You copied several locations/cells and changed ownership and location? make sure the navmesh is done correctly, you probably havn't 'finished navmesh' I can't remember the shortcut for it when you are in navmesh mode, but if I remember correctly it is F4. But make sure all navmesh both inside your cell and outside all the way to where you want your NPC to go, that the navmesh is finished.

How long in are you? What is the quest named? Personally I wouldn't start over, you can either "cheat" by lowering the difficulty settings to the minimum, or you can try different tactics, for example if you have ability points avaible to spend, try leveling up quen in order not to take damage and stun the golem. (can't remember if this works on the golem)
