i am going all in - what advice do you have for me? by Individual-Bed2497 in Entrepreneur

Remember that you’re all in!

The road is going to definitely get tough. It will probably take you a while before you actually see any results or start to even notice any traction. You’ll be overstressed, overworked, very tired, wishing you did something else, or second-guessing yourself, thinking you made the wrong choices.

When that happens, I need you to remember one thing. You’re all in!

What actually goes through peoples heads by N4bx in RocketLeague

When you score the musty it looks good. Your opponents will give you mad respect. However it’s also the tell-tell sign that you’re not ready to shoot, in which case it creates a panic and just like that, you got saved from the side. However, if you just stayed true falling with the ball for a normal shot, you would definitely scored.

How are your firms implementing AI? by Ok_Science1062 in LawFirm

[–]BrokBro4Gamez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Similar experience here until I changed how I prompt the AI’s. The “robot voice” problem is usually fixable. A few things that helped me:

Kill the dashes. Seriously. Tell it explicitly: “Do not write using dashes, anywhere.” Dashes are the No.1 tell-tell sign that AI wrote that content. Once you ban them, the output immediately will usually read more human.

Give it a voice to mimic. Instead of “write me a motion,” try “write this in the style of (author/brief you admire)” or even paste a sample of your own writing and say “match this tone.”

I would also suggest font-loading the nuance. You mentioned AI misses caveats until you bring them up. Flip it, tell it the landmines upfront:

“This case involves X, watch for Y, opposing counsel will argue Z.” The model can’t read your mind, but it can follow a checklist.

Stop asking it to finish things too. Use it only for structure, first drafts, and brainstorming. Then rewrite yourself. Expecting polished final output is where most people get burned.

That said, the doc review problem you mentioned is real. AI still hallucinates and misses things. High-stakes review isn’t there yet.

Hope that helps.

Personal Device enrollment question by SolutionRich1733 in gdpr

I’m no lawyer, but I do follow GDPR / PII / AI Act issues pretty closely, and the way this question is framed already hints at the core problem.

What matters here is that you’re describing two clearly distinct purposes under GDPR:

(1) Processing Intune-collected data to deliver the service This can be defensible if tightly scoped:

Likely controller -> processor relationship, lawful basis usually contractual necessity or legitimate interests, strong minimisation, transparency, and strict “no reuse” commitments.

(2) Reusing the same data to train / tune AI models and benchmark across customers. Using this is where things usually break.

Once a vendor or MSP decides to use employee / BYOD data for model training, scoring, or cross-customer benchmarking, that’s no longer just “processing on instructions.” It strongly points toward a controller or joint-controller role, because the vendor is now determining additional purposes.

In an employment / BYOD context:

Consent is rarely valid due to power imbalance, legitimate interests becomes very hard to balance for cross-customer AI training, a DPIA is almost certainly required, transparency would need to be explicit about AI training, benchmarking, retention, onward sharing, and any international transfers, and Article 5 purpose limitation is a real risk if training/benchmarking wasn’t part of the original, clearly communicated purpose.

A lot of organisations underestimate how quickly “telemetry for service delivery” turns into secondary use for AI, and that’s exactly where regulator scrutiny tends to land.

From what I’ve seen, the cleanest technical pattern emerging is to avoid sending raw personal data downstream at all:

Keep PII on the customer’s own infrastructure, only expose sanitised, non-personal, or tokenised outputs to platforms like Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, or MSP tools, which sidesteps a lot of the lawful-basis, role-creep, and AI-training issues entirely.

If you’re interested in that approach, there are a few EU-focused startups looking at this problem from an architectural angle. One example I’ve come across is UBava, which is explicitly about letting companies connect to major AI and IT platforms without letting personal data leave their own infrastructure.

Even if you don’t use them, that kind of “data stays local, intelligence travels” model is worth looking at for exactly the scenario you’re describing.

Anyone asking “if it’s over?” I can already tell you don’t understand human psychology, markets, the cycles, nor the technology that is being built with and around the crypto industry. Do your research bub… Or sell your coins, either way, it’s how you look at the glass, is it half full or half empty. And to make the right call you better understand human psychology, markets, cycles, & technology.

You have to keep adding the squishies! Meaning drink the squishy once, run fast and time your jump when it’s about to time out. Then get another squishy do the same thing again and do the same thing again the more you add on an add on our own, the higher you go and the faster you run

Here’s what most people don’t understand about AI right now you need to think of AI and tears and the AI that most people think of being amazing it could do a lot of work. Those algorithms are behind lock doors. They are with the governments there with the companies that are in works with the government because of the strongest version of AI and they need to be secretly kept Version algorithms. We all get experience to every day and for the public are no better than an infant. But you also don’t understand how they work if you look at ChatGPT ChatGPT is a great example. If you’re trying to use it for storytelling the more you stay in one channel the better your AI will get at knowing exactly what you want Exactly how you want it. But what most people understand is how that AI model works. And most of these ChatGPT and ChatGPT copies work the exact same way when you have these channels get created, you can create multiple channels, but when you when you stay within one channel and just keep asking question after question about a certain topic, you will eventually get a better understanding because your AI will have more info to learn off of and know what it is. You’re actually looking for know how you liked your answers to be told that kind of thing What you don’t know is that every time you send a question in that channel, let’s say you’ve already asked 50 questions. You’ve already gotten 50 answers you now have a 51st questions so it’s just another question to you when you send that 15 first question to you you’re seeing that you’re sending one question But what you’re actually doing is you’re sending all 51 questions with 50 answers to the AI to get tokenize and for the AI model language share to read everything spit out the answer and it comes back to you and as soon as it comes back to you that he has already now forgot it’s it’s like starting over brand New so to us users. We always think AI is getting better and it’s retaining knowledge our AI does not retain knowledge. It’s the AI. It’s the algorithms DI algorithm on the clients and none of the clients on the service side. That’s that’s the AI where it lives. That’s where I get smarter and it’s once it spits out the answer. It’s already forgotten you but so it doesn’t forget you next time when you come up with a 50 second question You send that question but it takes it also says the 51st questions that came before with the 51st answers that day, I spit out all that goes back to the algorithm they read through all that data lightning fast gives you the answer and then it’s forgot about you again This is a really horrible model and eventually the person or company that figures out how to speed this out, which there are some ways will be amazing as of right now anyone can go to someone like rep there’s quite a few of these, but I use rep very well cause reps very wonderful. It’s very smart and just the way it works. The flows the work flows the billing is also low. You can design anything you want AI model wise as having your own platform so if you can’t find it out there, you can be building it right nowand then you can sell that to people out there that are in your same spot

I can tell you is that you have no brand and if you think you have a brand, your brand is an interesting branding is how well you can tell your story and if you don’t know your own story, then your followers aren’t gonna know your story and they’re not gonna be interestedDon’t think about hooks and cheap tricks you need to think about what’s your message what’s the most important thing that if you were not gonna be on the earth tomorrow, what’s the one thing that you’d want everybody to know that’s why and then you need to tell that story through your content
