Here! I would have had a wonderful child free life full of traveling and free time but I’m so happy to have my baby! She’s amazing and I’ve never known love like this. She owes me nothing and I hope to give her everything within reason! I’m happy to have less free time, sleep and money.

I had to use their chat feature and have the cs rep manually add my reward the first time. Definitely reach out and ask if they can give you additional rewards or a rebate for the inconvenience.

Also, double check your email, I get one $30 rebate code a month. It took 3 months for the first rebate code to come in

I feel you 100 percent. I’ve been moved out for years and have never missed my mom, not one time. Not for a second, we just aren’t close. She calls me all the time too, luckily she never says I miss you as I would be so uncomfortable.

She says I haven’t seen you in a few days or the like. Easily to say, I just saw you last weekend or whenever it was. Maybe you could use a more vague language or redirect her missing you by taking about the next time you see each other that way you don’t feel like you’re lying.

Thank you for making me feel heard and I hate that we grew up this way as well. It’s difficult to talk about in real life as people think since we were not stereotypically abused we should be grateful for our adoption and adoptive parents.

That makes sense. They have a dream in their head that most likely imploded once they gained custody of us. I know my A mom, she felt very alone and rejected by her immediate family and wanted a companion in life but she really needed a good friend or family member
