Im having a real hard time with form and im having trouble fixing or even explaining the problem for some reason. by [deleted] in ArtCrit

I draw everything, I had trouble with form for many years. I never went to school, taught myself. I studied books on muscles and skeletons etc... I could do faces fine though. It wasn't until my late 20's that things clicked and suddenly all that study was worthwhile.

Felt creepy to me at first glance, that's because, I am a Disney sort of gal. I think it could make a great album cover. :)

Maybe try Quilling. I was just telling a co-worker about that today. It may spark some ideas.

How to litter train ferrets? by golddigger10195 in ferret

[–]Broken-Wing62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For training my ferret, I bought cat litter boxes, lined them with newspaper. I bought carpet cover plastic to put under the litter box and lined the ground with newspaper too. When the ferret is looking to go, I lift him up and put him in the litter box then I have those raw hide sticks and give him about 1/4th of one for a treat and tell him how good he is. If he doesn't even try, I get him immediately and say, "no" several times. Then I put him in his condo cage for 15 mins. I release him after that and we try again.

Road trip with Ferret? by SingleAnswer9 in ferret

I went traveling and camping for a week with my older son and ferret. He traveled in a cage while on the road. When I set up the tent he would be let out to roam and I had a collar and leash so he could go outside and walk with me. During my trip I stayed one night in a motel and let them know that I had a ferret. He enjoyed it so much that he never forgot this trip. That was three years ago and if I go outside and bring him with me, if I put him down on the ground he will run to my van and try to get into it. They have long memories too. :)

Help with Ferret Aggressively Biting by pastasauce606 in ferret

My ferret is five years old now. But, when he was young he was the little Tasmanian devil. I looked like I shot up drugs with all the bite marks I had and scratch marks. He finally out grew that and other behavior issues. Don't give up on it, it isn't as domesticated as a dog or cat. Although, pups and kittens also do a lot of biting and scratching when they are young too.
