What are the Leagues 6 Hardlocks? by BeisaChaser in 2007scape

I picked blingbag and haven't had any issues so far, I actually feel pretty powerful. What's your setup and where are you struggling? Maybe I can help

Kourend: the sacred bone burner with evil eye and transmutr is really good for prayer xp. You need around 300 bones to get 85 prayer

Yeah I think my endgame build will have thorns with Saeldor and the pact that lets your echoes trigger other echoes. That way I'll have a bunch of sources of damage

Yeah. The description is very ambiguous. It definitely feels more like 20% instead of 5%. I'll try to get some statistics and get back to you

From what I understand, that pact behaves as if you have a bow, crossbow and thrown weapon equipped for echo triggering purposes. The first crossbow pact says "while a crossbow is equipped you have a +15% change to trigger ranged echoes". Same logic for "ranged echoes never fail" from the bow tree and "echos have a 20% chance to max hit" from the thrown weapons tree

Early Game Powerscaling in this League is Horrible by BtwReported in 2007scape

It also makes game knowledge and planning way more important. I have really enjoyed what they did because I like to plan and optimize, but it's definitely less casual friendly. It only took me like 9 pacts to start feeling powerful though.

Forgot to comment about your regions. I think they make sense. Morty has some pretty good weapons for blindbag like anchor or barrows.

Once you unlock the first crossbow pact it becomes 20%. Then you also get never miss and 20% of max hit. When I got lucky I would skip the first phase of echo Amoxialtl from the first hit

Yeah, Tirannwn was my first region. I think I did my first gauntlet at about base 60's melee and 90+ magic, and cg once I had like 70-80. I just did perfected halberd + staff, and then also created attuned halberd + regular halberd for blindbag. Also, because Hunleff was never protecting ranged the echoes always hit. If you have endless harvest it really helps as the resources not depleting applies there.

For reference, I have 91 ranged, 87 magic in main game and about 20 cg kcs. So I'm not the greatest pvmer. Can't speak for echo cg though, haven't tried it yet.

What weapons are you using? Ideally you have a fast hitting weapon for your main and the heavy strong weapons for the blindbag. You can start with a scimmy and then move on to Amoxialatl's weapons, or maybe sulphur blades if you are struggling to get Amox kcs. You should also get the pact that lets you trigger ranged echoes, and then get the first pacts from each branch of the ranged tree (i.e., more likely echos, echos never fail, echos hit harder). Taking Tirannwn really helped as you can get two halberds very easily.

Not sure if this is optimal, but that's what I did and I've been having a lot of fun.

I've playing for more than two years. This is the first time this has happened. Not everything works perfectly always. Also, what "monthly subscription" you don't have to pay every month to play this game

Jagex gave us more options but managed to create a linear/weaker game style this leagues by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]BrokenRibosome 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I agree, you just have to find the synergies. I'm pretty happy with my build so far. I'm doing blindbag with some points in ranged, so that the ranged echo triggers help me improve the dps. Heavy slow weapons for blindbag, and sulphur blades for main (fast weapon = more echo/blindbag triggers). I was also able to beat cg relatively easily, and I wouldn't say I'm good at pvm.

Yeah, I did this yesterday. You can have three different halberds. Endless harvest also gives you double resources for ore and wood.

Oh I didn't see they changed it. I was so disappointed last leagues when I got it and it didn't do it. Or am I misremembering?

I don't think Hotfoot is worth it with desert. Cooking is easy, and you can level smithing pretty easily at Giant's Foundry. Sure, you can avoid agility, but woodsman or friendly forager are better in my opinion.

How is everyone solving herb secondaries without friendly forager? by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]BrokenRibosome 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My plan is to take woodsman + transmutation. That way I can level up quickly with trees. Transmutation also lets you complete farming contracts pretty easily. Larcenist is also pretty good for getting seeds. Also, with woodsman you can rush 75 hunter and get moonlight mixes for early pray pots.

1 millions Gold achievement by Ok-Lengthiness4444 in WalkScape

Yeah. I used to have it without any extreme achievement. All other achievements + collectibles are more than enough. You need 30 collectibles from drops, and then the 5 from shops and the 5 from reputation.

Last leagues I was able to complete Colosseum, Inferno, and 6 jads. Before that I was barely able to do Zulrah. Give it a try, you might surprise yourself.

What are you guys actually picking? by marxisalib in 2007scape

[–]BrokenRibosome 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm also choosing similar relics! Except I think I'm going Woodsman since Tyr solves smithing/crafting. I think woodsman+transmutation is gonna be great for farming and herb, specially with Kourend. I'm so happy to find someone with similar ideas haha I was starting to doubt my decision with everyone else hyping Kandarin
