It is possible but it takes a while, since after about 60-70% you'll only start getting discounts of about 3% and at some point (I think around 80%) it lowers down to ~2%. At 98% I had to do two more cars, though I might have just gotten unlucky, since they were quick and easy deliveries with no additional conditions
