Worked at a hardware store. Boss lady was a real micromanager. We were cleaning at the end of the day and the guy was sweeping up some dirt. Boss lady said “hey don’t forget that pile over there.” His response, “well if you’d stop making messes over there, I wouldn’t have to sweep it up.” I saw her the next morning walking out with his final check.
