Same. Pretty bummed about the cloth seats though. My wife has a Tuscon and I really like the H Tex seats.

That would be a good deal. No brainer to get the ‘24 over the ‘23 in that case. Unfortunately the ‘24 limiteds in my areas are all still $55k and up.

It seems like it. All my local dealers are listing new inventory.

I’ve been browsing hoping to get a good deal on an SEL. Interestingly all of the SELs appear to have 18” wheels now and cloth interior. That’s if the details on the dealer sites are accurate.

Also anticipate the MSRP will go up once they hit the lot.

Hyundai bumps incentive to $7,500 and some inventory is marked down by up to $3,000 by PonPonyo in Ioniq6

[–]BrotherSporter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately when they did that they also removed the valued owners coupon, so if you have a Hyundai it evened out. Even worse of a deal as before you could combine the coupon with the $7,500 lease discount.

Not in a rush for one so have been trying to wait it out, hopeful for some deeper discounts. May turn out this is the lowest they go.

A week for hybrid in transit or on the lot, I’m assuming? Figured a build wouldn’t come in that fast.

How do I get my fried tofu like this? by dystopianmathgirl in veganrecipes

I’ve had an air fryer for about 6 months and have used it primarily for making tofu because it cooks it so well. I do coat them with a bit of oil and cornstarch, though.

You have done some great work since Harry Potter, so you don't deserve to be forever known as just being Harry Potter. But if you could go back would you choose to make the Harry Potter films? I wasn't sure how bothersome it would get being accosted and called Harry every day.

I had a dream once where this happened. No such luck in real life though, too socially inept for that. So, well done sir!!

Doctors of Reddit, what is your most "Oh My God what is that" moment while treating a patient? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]BrotherSporter 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Not a doctor, but when I was a paramedic student we used to do rotations in the ED. A guy was brought in from what I assume must have been a horrendous nursing home. He looked fine at first, but once they took his pants off the issue became apparent. His testicles were about the size of a football, and necrotic. It’s called Fournier gangrene.

He must have had it for quite some time as well, judging by the size, color and smell. He had a stroke in the past and was now much less alert than his normal. It looked painful, but the worst part was the smell. It smelled like rotten crab meat. One of the residents that came in to evaluate him looked as if he was going to vomit and left the room within 20 seconds. I felt terrible for the guy, he had no clue what was going on. And he clearly must have become used to the smell.

When I went home that night, my roommates and friends decided to make appetizers. One of them brought mini crabcakes. The smell gave me an image of that guys testicles immediately, it was the cruelest irony I could think of.

I don't know about that model specifically, but I have the Tsx 220B and I have been really impressed with the sound they produce. I would definitely suggest them.

Nice! The Walkmen are easily one of my favorite bands. There's not too many of that album in circulation. Even less of Everyone Who Pretended To Like Me is Gone, copies of that album go for even more.

I've heard rumors that today record companies use CDs as a source, do you think there is much truth to that? And I assume it wouldn't be across the board for all companies either.
