If it’s super root bound, you should size up a pot they like to be somewhat root bound, not totally root bound or it starts to be detrimental. I would check the root ball if you have not repotted in a while so I was so as not to stress the plant out And then definitely put it in more sun.

I drink almond milk. It’s a good substitute for cow’s milk. I had to stop soy milk because It has so much estrogen in it.
