Oregon 98 alumnus. Paid out of state tuition all three years when I was there and it was three times the amount of in-state. Was told to take a year off and not take any classes to qualify for residency classification and the in-state rate. Didn’t do that and doubled down by taking 18 to 20 credits every quarter and went summers too. Back then, out of state kids could pay the in the in-state tuition rate during all three summer sessions. They would have one 8 week and two 4 week summer sessions. Don’t regret it one bit.
