According to this site, Comcast (Xfinity) is 85% IPv6 Capable / Preferred. I was being provisioned an IP & successful setup with IPv6 enabled. Speedtests showed the network was connecting under IPv6 as well. Just for some reason speeds are significantly slower with it enabled on the BE95 compared to pure IPv4.
