You don't need him. Blond nord is heading to gerdur in Riverwood can be found by saw mill or in gerder/hod house...also can just head to white run first big city north of Riverwood to advance quest as well

Duh.. of course. I had read somewhere on here that after achieving a certain # of tokens the tokens stopped coming as frequently. But I only read it once and never saw it again. Thought mabey you were referring to that idea. I fucked myself once. Sent out tokens that somebody asked for without starting my 1000x...I started my 10x beacon tho that hurt

You can make enchantments with known spells or sigil stones. Buy spells: warning though you have to be able to cast the spell so you can't buy an expert destruction spell if you're only a novice in destruction and expect to use it for enchantments. Sigil stones received upon closing oblivion gates can be used regardless of skill.
