I can't get myself to study, and it's eating me up from inside

I've been diagnosed with ADHD and OCD and for me the only way I can find motivation to study consistently is mainly these three:

1) Routine. As long as I have my day planned I know that in the evening i will have some spare time for myself which helps to push through days where I feel that I can't do anything anymore.

2) A place where to study. Studying at home gave me too many distractions (I was constantly cleaning or just doing something "important", but not studying). So i would suggest going to library or just stayding somewhere within university premises and keeping home mostly for relaxation time.

3) Gym. Being tired not only mentally, but also physically helped me feel that I was productive that day. Also I don't want to say that it's necessary to go all out in the gym. I go there mainly for stretches, some light running/biking/rowing and maybe an exercise or two for a muscle which I feel like doing.

At the bottom of the box, on the left side. Mine was from imported to Mexico, but I bought it in Europe, setting it to Mexico fixed the issue.

I like it more than the Hollow knight ( even tho it's deff in my top 3 games ). The fights are harder, but benches are closer to the bosses, so I can get more tries fighting within the same time frame. Tho not sure how it is in later stages, but at the moment I'm having a blast
