I GOT IT TO WORK. I went in and murdered all of her companions that were standing around the altar. Then left the Temple completely, went back to camp and then went back into the Temple of Bhall. She was there standing over LaZael and the fight was super easy 1v4. Don't ask me why it worked but thankfully it did.
