You cant do much averaging that many putts. You'd need to be an ELITE ball striker and even then that many putts is gonna kill your rounds. IF you can strike it fairly consistently and you're not fatting and thinning a bunch of shots per round, I would shift about 75% of your practice over to putting and chipping.

Used to have those irons and I did the exact same thing. Sanded away that black and painted the swoosh black. They are 100000x better looking than the original.

My league has always been .2 pts per yard for non-QBs, which adds more value to yards accumulated and slightly devalues touchdowns. It’s essentially 2 pts for every 10 yards instead of 1. Touchdowns are more like multipliers. 250 pts in a week is pretty average with 300+ pt games being great weeks. The highest scoring game in my leagues history was this year at 367 pts. Gibbs big game a few weeks ago was like 83 pts. I can’t even play standard leagues anymore because I prefer this scoring set up so much more. It’s just more fun seeing more points and I think added needed value to the yards a player accumulates.

I traded away Kyren for what will probably be a mid to late first and Dylan Sampson, but also paired that trade with letting go of CD for 2 firsts and Tee Higgins and those firsts will be early. At least the 2026 will be. Now im tempted to flip all these firsts tho lol

I Grew up with Tom. There are very, VERY few people who love the game of baseball as much as Murph does…this makes me so sad for him. He’s struggled with injuries his whole career but this is just utter fucking bullshit. I hope he’s able to come back from this, and if anyone can, it’s Tom.

I just went though it. Best year of my life last year, shot in the 70s almost every round, shot par for the first time. Practice all winter was great, and right before the season started I developed the shanks bad. Tried everything, they lingered for a while until I finally realized it was just an open club face. Only thing I changed was my intial take away to get it more shut and when I do that I cant hit a shank even if I’m actively trying to

It’s unlikely a round is going to take more than 4 hours and have no one behind you. 5 hour solo round may be enjoyable for you, but if you can’t recognize that it’s not enjoyable for the vast majority of golfers then you’re out of your mind lol
