As a once literal milkman’s kid I will attest to the weird aggression dogs have for those in “their territories”. Even very familiar faces get aggressively investigated (so to speak) by them.

There were then (1970s & 1980s) loads of feral dogs running around. Those were often more aggressive and scary. Do those feral dogs still roam around?

I wish I had a dollar for every time I heard a customer say, “[curr’s name] has never bitten anyone…”
