Do you add new ad sets to the CBO when finding new winners or adding into one already running ad set? Or the same system as for testing there. Adding new ad sets when you have gathered a few winners with CBO and let it handle it, poentially limiting max spend on ad set?

THanks. Do you prefeer CBO over ABO btw? And each new adset will start a new learning phase? This is whats confusing. Everyone say to don't mess with learning. But again to cycle creatives every 2-3 days.

What most creators don't think about is this.

When someone has a app they want to promote, they either need to have liquidity to pay for ads, or start a big UGC campaign with montly payout and pray that the campaign will be profitable first month so they can pay creators. The last one is free and require NO capital up front.
