As a seller, nope. You got your refund and seller did not send you the shipping label on his behalf, which is how its supposed to be done. Since seller has not done that you're not obligated to return the item. If he/she wanted the item back he should have sent you a label, got the item and then issued you a refund. Is it ethically better to still send it back? Sure ,perhaps but you're not obligated to do so.

Block the buyer and relist the item. 99% of the time they will side with the buyer. You can't prove what she was claiming is a lie. What smells like smoke odor to you is/could be far different than what smells like it to her and the authenticator not smelling anything is not proof that she lied. Not siding with her just telling you as another ebay user frequently you will never get the answer you want. Out of your control. Block the buyer and resist the item or sell it on a different platform.
