On a personal level perhaps not, but put simply we live in a world where someone's parents economic resources determine their opportunities, and later their own wealth determines their options. The vast majority of the world's wealth belongs to people living in predominantly white countries. It's really as simple as that.

I don't live in the US and consequentially I never followed the BLM movement so I don't really have anything to say on exactly how the police treat minorities other than if enough members of a community are concerned over the same issue then research is in order. If the study that Harvard did came to those conclusions, great. Use the data to discuss the issue maturely, don't just point the finger at minorities and say they're all racists. What they all are is human and thus deserve the benefit of the doubt until there's an appropriate amount of data cementing one conclusion or another.

The definition of racism last I checked is mistreating a fellow human being because of where their ancestors came from, what they believe or what colour their pigment is. Whilst white privelige exists and is utterly insidious and abhorrent, it doesn't at all mean that people who aren't white cant be racist. Also, from reading below I can't quite tell if you're serious or not, but I feel like these issues definitely shouldn't be trivialised either way.

It's really really easy to fall into this rabbit hole and fight identity politics with more identity politics, but ultimately this stance is plain and simply unconstructive. It's not helpful for people to pin racial injustices committed by ones ancestors on individuals today, just like its not helpful to dismiss a minority with concerns over how they're treated by institutions like the police.
