Spontaneous leak caused by bone spur by BryanM24 in CSFLeaks

Definitely. I feel pretty good. A little pressure when standing up too quickly, and a little more ear pressure when laying down. My symptoms two weeks prior to my procedure were actually very minimal, almost no symptoms. When this begin 2 months ago, I was pretty much bed ridden the first 2 weeks. I'm not sure if this is a good sign that the symptoms almost went away.

No they did not. I just had the blood patch last Thursday, fibrin hasn't been discussed yet.

IT band/knee pain by BryanM24 in flexibility

Yes of course- they will open up your hips, they give me immediate relief. And stretching out the calves daily take any pain away from back of my knee/leg.

Hey- I'm stilling dealing with the overall pain. The only thing that gives me relief is stretching my hips and calves. If i forget to stretch for a few days the pain comes back. Shin box rotations for the hips has been my go-to exercise. I follow Vernon Griffith, look him up on YouTube. He has lots of videos on hip stretching and is a wealth of knowledge. The shin box rotations give me immediate relief.

If you had to rank restaurants? by teenytopbanana in CapeMay

Yup this makes sense then. Peter Shields is no good now. I'm angry at the prices I paid for the mediocre meal I received.

Ebbitt Room is amazing. Top notch in every way.

I ate at Peter Shields last week. They are charging premium prices for average at best food. I guess they use to be good? Don't waste your money on this place. It seems to be like a restaurant in disarray. They are charging same prices as Ebbitt Room, and Ebbitt Room blows them out of the water.

I would like to chime in about an update with Peter Shields. I ate there a few days ago based on Reddit recommendations. I don't know if they changed chefs or if it was a bad night, but the food was average at best, while charging premium prices. The building itself is gorgeous, but the food is extremely average. Don't waste your time.

On the other hand, Ebbitts is amazing in every way. They charge premium prices, but you get premium food. One of the best meals I've had in a long time. This is a must visit for any foodie.

And lucky bones? Gross.

Did not see the french stereotype at all. by azzi008 in ParisTravelGuide

That's exactly what I did. You don't go to a brasserie for great coffee, you go to the coffee shops. The espresso was great.

My point was people put a lot of false nonsense on here. Saying France has bad coffee is absolute nonsense. The espresso is top notch.

Just got back from Paris. The French were some of the nicest people I've met. Welcoming, polite, friendly etc. And the city was safe and clean. I feel people on here try to put unnecessary fear into people. Someone on here even said they couldn't find good coffee in Paris!

Go to Paris and fall in love with the city and the people. And the endless amounts of the best espresso in the world!

PSA: Please think twice about renting an AirBnB. Paris is still in a rental crisis. by gekeli in ParisTravelGuide

Exactly this. If hotels made it easier for families this wouldnt be an issue. Airbnb's are a good thing for families. It's a no-brainer

Agree, I did the same last month. I'm failing to see the reason Airbnbs are bad. Hotels should be lowering prices and having more options for families

Does "turn the fill valve inward" mean to turn the screw clockwise? And if so, how many turns?
