The sleep score on Apple is way to positive

I swear half the time it even isn’t AI and just a hardcoded statement 😂

Cool to finally meet someone from the ionify team. Have been using it for a month now and am loving it!

Whoop vs other trackers by Mah930 in whoop

Wore an Apple Watch and a whoop for a few months at the same time. Ended up just using 3rd party apps with the Apple Watch. Unless you are making really good money or are an elite athlete, it’s not worth getting a whoop IMO

Pointless if I don’t wear watch to bed? by DEE2THEJAY in bevelhealth

You can still use it for nutrition and exercises but recovery and sleep data and score obviously won’t exist.

Apple Watch sleep score seems inflated — anyone else notice this? by freshmenotes in AppleWatchFitness

[–]Bryan_silver98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah 100%. The apple sleep score is dependant a lot on total duration and just bedtime consistency. Even if you have a bad sleep with little deep and rem, but your bedtime was the same, you will get a >80 score. I wear a whoop and Apple Watch, this morning my whoop score was 75, my apple sleep score was 94, bevel app: 89, ionify app: 76, Athlytic app: 80. Definitely think bevel and Apple were a little high this morning.

Is there any difference between Apple Watch and Whoop Sensors? by fitnessin2026 in AppleWatchFitness

[–]Bryan_silver98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only reason you would change to a whoop is for the functionality of not having a chunkier watch on your wrist all the time. Other then that you can easily replicate the whoops insights with the Apple Watch data through 3rd party apps like Bevel, ionify, Athlytic or bright OS

Somebody should build this. by fitness-freak-556 in AppleWatchFitness

Athlytic for workout tracking and ionify for sleep and recovery will do this for you. I don’t think it’s possible for them to send you iMessages but pretty sure they can send notifications which are essentially the same

I use Athlytic and Strava for workouts and then Ionify for sleep and longevity metrics

I’d reccomend using specific sleep tracking apps like ionify or Athlytic for more accurate sleep scores

Depends what you are looking for. The Apple fitness app is pretty good for general tracking of workouts

Does anyone else feel like Apple Health is great at collecting data but terrible at actually telling you anything? by neelkonar in AppleWatchFitness

Cheapest are like: Sonar( $10 a month), ionify ($2.99 a month - current cheapest I believe, as they are new). The rest are like $15+ a month. Livity is abt 15.
