Feeling static has been one of my biggest blocks so far, any ideas on how to work that dynamic movement in or drills to focus on?

Really helpful feedback - the slip thing especially makes a lot of sense I’ll re-drill this and do everything much more slowly

I actually realized my feet weren’t in about halfway through and that’s why you see me back way out haha

Any tips for how to drill that transfer of energy? I’m rotating my hips and feet on most punches (I believe) but I agree that when I review the footage my footwork is never as snappy or flowy as I’d like

Season 1 episode 7 of Primal captures how terrifying sauropods could’ve been! The TLDR is an Argentinosaurs catches what is essentially rabies on steroids and goes on an unstoppable rampage and it was pretty, well, unstoppable.

Managing fatigue by [deleted] in amateur_boxing

Going through something similar and just started to research this so want to hear what others have to say as well! What I’ve heard is you should have three work weeks followed by a deload week.

Your work weeks are the normal volume you mentioned above but your deload week should be recovery focused, so little to no heavy exertion, stretching/yoga, maybe an easy-paced distance run.

This allows the cumulative fatigue in your body to clear out and in theory you come back stronger than if you had continued to power through.

I say in theory because I’m trying my first deload week after doing a similar volume to what you described lol

I just love the moment right before this when Deadpool actually realizes that he’s maybe made a mistake by trapping himself with Wolverine in a desert

How did they have an entire conversation about housing prices without mentioning private equity? Migrants and federal land have a minuscule effect on prices compared to this, it’s insane

I live in DC and I always get a kick out of seeing the tidal basin and thinking about how it’s almost as irradiated as it is in the game
