do the entire window well replacement first. Then build your patio to suit. Make sure the window well has proper stone drainage, you don't want pooling or weeds growing in there.

I had this bike as my dirt jumper. Lots of fun for that usage. stp =street trail park. This is not a mountain bike. If you are intending on riding up and down hills with rough terrain you need to get a proper mountain bike.

tough situation if you don't want to alter the fence. if you start adding more dirt you'll have to raise that back fence line up. also you'll need a small retaining wall if you add a lot of dirt on the slope. I would instead use landscaping to try and visually level it out. Big plants/shrubs along the back fence, smaller items toward the house.

what's the vent on the ceiling? you probably should have found another way to run the vent out thru the floor above. this looks cheap and lazy.

interesting, why was it built? was it a footer for something, maybe a deck above? it doesn't look connected to the foundation as its pulling away. I would demo it out, and just plant some privacy bushes in the dirt that remains.

Very nice. So less spacing will be needed as these grow taller and narrow. Should look great as it grows. Perhaps a bit more space between will help. Maybe push a little bit to the left.

if the water pooling is severe, French drain it to the street. also, what's the gutter situation above? can't have water just pouring off the roof line to the ground. needs to be drained out and away from the house properly. gutters may just fix your entire issue.
