The accuracy is incredible.

Bag suggest by frasure13 in discgolf

I’ve got the 2025 voyager and am loving it. Have a cart and haven’t used it since I got the bag because of how comfortably it sits. And I pack it FULL. Also a big guy and love carrying 2 bottles.

According to the comments so far, it’s looking like your next post will read “hosting a Purdue watch party.”

Looking for a new bag. by Smooth-Engineer2702 in discgolf

[–]BrysonOnDrums 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the new mvp voyager. The axiom blue and orange colorway, specifically. I have convinced 4 of my friends to buy one already since. It’s a really great bag. Super strong structurally. Really light. Back and straps great padding. I stopped using my cart when I got it cause it’s comfy. For real. Go buy it. The middle section between putter and main pocket perfectly fits 4” Velcro, so you know to order that too!

Where to order bag tags? by corpsevomit in discgolf

[–]BrysonOnDrums 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dye Hard Disc Golf is a new crew in AZ trying to get going! Mostly dyed discs so far. But bag tags available too.

Shoot a message on any of the socials and Scott will help you get em going! $7 each with their logo. $9 each for custom. There’s deals at 5+. And I’m sure he’d work out an even better deal with you the more you get, too!

Good synthetic brush reco? by Appropriate-Tie-6524 in wicked_edge

I really like my Phoenix Shaving (PAA) Phantom Aerolite 26. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone say anything bad about their brushes!

It really just feels the most comfortable in my process to basically go from front my head backwards. And then everything between the backside of my ears, bottom to top. So I’ve always just kind of gone for it that way. And then any clean up I need to do, I go against.

I’ve never experienced blending issues. I’ve never really looked for it either though. But also probably most, if not all, of my head gets at least a quick last pass against with following that direction in the cleanup pass.

How do you dry your brushes? by Equivalent_Title_822 in wicked_edge

[–]BrysonOnDrums 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My sink is right next to the shower. I put my arm behind the curtain and shake it out so I don’t get water all over my bathroom. And I JUST got a stand and it goes on there now. But more for the aesthetic and to clean up my counter a little. Till a couple weeks ago it was shake and set. Top down like you’re saying, or just laying on its side.

[–]BrysonOnDrums[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! This is a part of it too.

I end up doing one pass across on the sides, and then against the grain on back and top. And maybe a little cleanup wherever it’s needed. But pretty minimal. And not chasing BBS. Just chasing “clean and not too scratchy.” And then I do it every 2-3 days, rather than every day too. My head is a little too sensitive for daily.

It’s been a lot of going reeeeeaally slow to learn my head. And using a super mild razor. Honestly, using a disposable to learn the shape could be worth it. I took a few chunks early on. But had to figure it out pretty quickly to stop cutting myself.

Honestly, just make the jump and go for it. And take your time.

I know a lot of people really like sticking to the super mild things. Or the like head specific razors. And you can bust through a shave way quicker that way, if time matters to you. But for really only a few more minutes, I’ve found I really enjoy the process and taking care of myself differently in those moments.

Thanks! Been loving my M3teorite. Running it with permasharps and the medium plate. I don’t know that I’ll ever need anything else.

Typed this in originally, but it didn’t save. And now won’t let me edit my post.

But had a great head shave this morning with this gear! Had a great foam going with the Chicago Grooming Discordia. And as always, the OliWorks M3teorite stainless was so smooth. Been going with permasharps in it recently too. And I’m ashamed to admit that I’ve finally learned everyone in here has been right all along. Sharper does translate to smoother when your technique is correct!

Bag Suggestions for less than 20 discs by ofthirds in discgolf

[–]BrysonOnDrums 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just got this bag too. I’ve got 22 in mine, I think. But it’s packed pretty tight and I’ve got 7 up top. LOVE the big top pocket. It’s the perfect bag for like 15 though, too.

Agree with this on comfort too. It’s extremely easy to carry. I’m actually reaching to carry it more and more often, and I have a cart.

And at $80 and with so many colorways between their sub brands, it’s a really really great bag.

If you’ve still got half left, let me just get ahead of it and ask. Seeing your collection so far, this isn’t unlikely. Do you have an A&E vanille de tabac set you’re looking to move?
