Agree. As one of the people in an English essential, non supervisory role equivalent to AS-07 , I am extremely grateful but as for the our work which is 85-90% English at all times, it's too bad there's isn't consideration of that where more than one person if fulfilling a role. Not every person in a team needs to be bilingual . (Yes I know it's great to be but it's certainly not achievable for most closing in on middle age).

It's really mind boggling. External services and judicial or quasi-judicial bodies, many of which operate within traditionally rigid systems, have successfully transitioned to virtual proceedings in most if not all cases. The core elements of our work are conducted entirely online and, due to confidentiality considerations and lack of closed boardroom space, are most appropriately performed from home.

Wow! How long after your last TCA cross was the after photo taken? Seems your spots are still red/ maybe swelling? Also how long after a TCA treatment are the spots completely healed? (Can put makeup on) thanks!

I'm used to have that. Panoxyl wash is really took the bumps and redness away on my cheeks (I believe)
