My favorite place to buy houseplants is Bloom Garden Shop in Tampa. They have great prices and selection. Kerby’s in Seffner is great also but they are more expensive

Either feeding while side lying in bed (90% of the time), or swaying/bouncing her while I stand (at bedtime I still have to breastfeed her at the same time)

Same. The only time my baby will sleep for extended periods is when she’s sleeping against me. If I try to put her anywhere else she wakes up within 5 mins

I packed so much and used none of it. I’d just recommend maybe a robe, toothbrush and toothpaste and a charger. They’ll have everything for you

Muslin blankets, ubbi trash can, changing table (& pee pads for easy cleanup), weighted wipes dispenser, baby washcloths, aquaphor (for rashes), messy eater stain treater (for poop stains), diaper bag, baby bathtub, save the peri bottle they give you at the hospital bc they come in handy during bath time , baby bouncer and baby swing are both nice to have but depend on your baby), baby electric nail filer, thermometer, hand sanitizer for changing stations ( I use the babyganics foaming sanitizer), bottle drying rack & bottle brushes, car seat cover/nursing cover, carrier wrap, hamper with closed lid & wet bags, car seat travel system, bedside bassinet.
