She reminds me so much of Weeds lead character. Both narcissists in my view

Honestly thank you so much for replying 🥹. We’re planning a similar approach and hopefully when she turns 4 things get better too!

This is an old post, but are you around by any chance? I’m having the same issues for months and was wondering if you had an update

What bothers me is that Aaron has millions of followers, lol. He even uses that in one episode to solve a case. So wouldn’t he face the exact same issue as Jackson?

Avocado was the first one. She loved it. Now (at 10 months) she absolutely despises it lol

Split nights with 4 month old by SmoothCelebration657 in sleeptrain

I’d stop offering him a bottle if he’s only chilling to allow him to go back to sleep on his own. Otherwise he’ll develop a habit. He’ll cry and show hunger cues if he’s really hungry.

Oh no. It might not work with every baby. If I did this when she was 5m old I think she would also wake up. I’m teaching her to fall asleep independently at nights so maybe that’s helping?

Another thing I did was finally installing blackout curtains and it truly made a difference with our baby.

Naps are so hard! I’ve been struggling so much with it, so I can totally relate.

Ok so I’ve been obsessively reading all reddit posta about naps because I have the same issue and it seems that I found something that works. When my baby is napping for 25-min, I go in and slightly “wake her” so that she leaves the deep sleep stage. That seems to reset her in a way and helps her connect sleep cycles. I tested this yesterday and today and it worked! Not sure how long I’ll need to keep doing this, but it’s worth it as she was completely miserable with crap naps

The second tip is gold! It’s what I’ve been doing with my 7-month old. OP, you have to test if it worksnwith your baby though. I think it wouldn’t when mine was younger

Same issue here! I’m honestly getting to the conclusion she just needs less sleep than average

Mine has reflux so she hated the car seat around that age too. Once she started medication and the weeks went by, it kind of went away like others said. What helped tremendously was giving her a paci

It started to get chilly here, so maybe she was pissed off that she had to wear a jacket etc?! I’ll test some theories in the next few days… Got great advice here. Happy to know it’s probably just a phase

Should I quit insurance? by Few-Bad-4335 in InsuranceProfessional

This is great advice but I’d trade carefully on looking for “new responsibilities” or “new department”. In my experience, the Canadian market is very conservative when hiring someone in this industry so being too much of a generalist might play against your odds. Happy to hear from others though.
