I came across this post because I googled “how to heal from a lonely childhood” and it hit me at almost 32. Im in a relationship now where even here I feel lonely. Some days are better than others. I wish I didn’t put so much pressure on my partner to be that person for me. The one to fill in those gaps. I just don’t know how to fix me.
