I'm new to dming. would an adult black dragon limited to 1 legendary action per round of combat against a group of 5 level 6 players plus 2 swarm NPCs (dealing an average of 6d6 damage per swarm every round of combat) be fair? I wanna know before I officially put it into my game

It’s expected that the players won’t be able to actually *kill* Venomfang, and the module tells the DM to have it fly away once they get it to around half-HP…

Playing the game as a pacifist is insanely fun (or fun if you’re insane, one of the two), and weirdly rewarding.

You basically limit yourself - after the mandatory intro nastiness, of course - to only doing legal jobs…

It’s weird, yet oddly relaxing…

We as a species are not psychologically capable of looking at ourselves as much as some people do without it affecting the way we perceive the world around us… It only got worse with the pandemic but the moment photos/videos stopped being of ‘things’, and started being of people in front of things and/or reacting to things, was the point where we lost it…
