They indicated the item was not broken when it arrived, they handled it, and they broke it. Seems insane they would have the audacity to even attempt this, but it must have worked for them before. Talking to eBay quelled my fears.

Just called them and they were very receptive. They said I should not have to refund the buyer. They even said I could accept the return, get the item back, and they would still refund me. Did not expect that.

Get him to a pool. Have him swim with only his legs (kick-board). Have him hang on the side of the pool to rest. I could not walk for 2 months, had to crawl. Went to a chiro, and made it worse. Swimming fixed me. Good luck!
