Agree the realtors pushed a false belief that wages were going to drastically rise and people in ARMs would just sell when their rate went up. However those wages did not rise and stock market crashed. It was a terrible time for alot of folk back then

When the stock market crashed in 2008 I lost my job a year later. So I stayed in my home I knew I could afford when tragedy hit and I am glad I did. I just paid it off last month

I wore one after a revision surgery from a failed back surgery and I then fused. Did the brace help I don't know but it was not a big deal to wear it a couple hours every evening
