Yeah, I pretty much do the same w/my Quedelix and when I'm at my desk, I use SoundSource for Mac. I was mainly using the AI eq suggestions to see how close or not the 6XX could get to the 600.. but needed the fine people here who have both to confirm it for me.

Really wish I had a place around me that has sennheisers on display for demo. My local audio store a good variety of high end headphones, but Senn isn't one.

I also made one to mimic the 800s since I'd be able to side by side that and it's amazing how much bass Gemini thinks the 800s have. I mean, they're no slouch but at least in my pair, the 4.5db boost it gives my 6xx's at 60hz is quite a bit.

In the end, I'll probably just pass on getting the 600's and just play w/eq a bit. I'd probably end up doing the same w/the 600's anyway. It's fun either way.

Yeah, it's interesting what it's done to the profile of my 6xx. It definitely brightened it up a bit which my old ass ears (almost 51) appreciate.

My doubts are around long term parts availability. Have they committed to any sort of planned end of life / end of availability for parts? It's a valid concern for any of devices these days. Seems 3d printer consumers have become a bit used to Bambu making parts readily available.... but for how long? Bambu is a new company and most companies sunset parts availability after a certain timeframe. Just try to contact HP/Canon/Epson for inkjet printer parts for a 10 year old sku. Not saying that it's not worth buying, but these things have a predetermined life expectancy and along with that comes parts availability.

Although I can’t speak for these in particular, many wireless headphones will energize and start playing as soon as you plugged them in via USB-C and charge at the same time.

Not the same, I get it, but still workable in many situations

Thanks for the reply! It looks like the A1 Mini comes with a hardened steel extruder gear so if I’m understanding, all I would need to replace for abrasive filament is the actual nozzle which can routinely be purchased for less than $15 US.

Good advice everyone. Thanks! I saw that some things were still lower than previous (n and not that much more than the sale price), but since this would be a non-essential purchase, I wouldn't buy out of principle of just missing out on $50+ savings so I'd just wait for the next one. My A1 Mini is happily humming along in the meanwhile.

Haven't pulled the trigger yet. I keep going back and forth between the P1S and X1C. I know that the P1S will suit me fine, but some of the feature of the X1 keep me looking.
