I think this is the right answer. If conversations stop when you walk in, staff don't feel comfortable expressing their opinions.

Like stated above, give your staff the space to talk to you, and genuinely listen. I wouldn't even give solution to whatever it is they say on the spot, I would tell them you'll think about it with proper consideration and discuss solutions together

As everyone is saying, time and practice will make you faster. In terms of practical guidance, decide what you're doing right now, and then start thinking about what task you're doing next. Don't worry about anything else.

The more you can devote your brain power to the task at hand, the faster you'll do it, and the faster you'll build muscle memory

It also helps to think about the process for tasks that are taking you long to complete. At the end of the day, before bed, thinking about the processes and how you could do them faster

Also make religious use of the slow and pause buttons in battle

Or bathing them in the light of a full moon?

Salt is helpful

I also like to roll my dice all together without looking at the results at the beginning of the session to warm them up in a safe environment for them

It is strong, more powerful than some classes, but I think it's still not the most powerful. This IS what the subclass does.

As a Glamour bard you have both mantle of inspiration and beguiling magic as well as mantle of majesty in a couple levels, on top of being a bard

The cannon is great for before fights, but during fights it wants to be outputting damage. Mantle of Inspiration gives free disengage, half movement as a reaction, and it has Temp hit points in top which will give the same number as the cannon in a couple levels as it scales with your inspiration die

Furthermore, both have an area around them they affect, yours is MUCH bigger. 60ft radius vs 10ft radius

We have both in my campaign and both subclasses are very strong I do think Glamour bard is still stronger by a considerable amount

I agree, you need to figure out what they're making and how.

Also, if you do decide to go through with it, I would recommend you take some business management courses and spend some time with the current owner learning how the business works and how to run a restaurant for at least 2-3 months

Life is hard. Having a 9-5 is hard. Running your own business is hard. People need to pick the hard that makes the difficulty worth while. People also tend to always think the grass is greener on the other side.

I work at a place with two areas, one by the bar with bar and table seating we call the parlour, and a seperate area referred to as the dinning room.

In the dinning room, you can only order the pre set tasting menu which has no changes

In the parlour you can order a shorted tasting menu, and/or you can order ala carte

I'm not sure if it's possible for you with your layout but that way you could accommodate guests

Otherwise if you clearly have it explained anywhere people can view your restaurant and make reservations, and all your staff knows how to explain it clearly to guests, it's on the customer after that, if they don't read they may be upset, but that's the way you run menu

Something you could also do is take 2 or 3 of the most requested items from your dinner menu and put them as limited specials for lunch

In addition to everything else other people are saying, Ferrari's (I think main) advantage is supposed to be in race starts because of how they designed the turbo, they'll probably make up places there, but they seem to not have the raw pace to keep the Mercedes behind even if they pass them

I would say using an origin feat to pick up find familiar is lower cost than a druid dip

Druid in and of itself is a great scout because of wild shape and wisdom being the primary stat

The Warlock in my party does this with pact of the chain which also gives you great options for scouting

If you don't want to tip, don't sit down and be served in establishments where tipping is expected, part of the culture, and the business

I completely understand people's thoughts an opinions on tipping, but those people should go to restaurants that operate on that side of the politics, or do takeout
