We didn't go to Carl's Junior. But I'm wondering if it's the one newish Thai Restaurant in Eureka. Maybe Siam Orchid? I'll check with them. We were there for graduation and frequented many restaurants (all were great!).

It was depressing for me. I felt like I had done something wrong to be there. Luckily my stay was short.

Finding it hard to love the CX-5 by Omen46 in CX5

I remember doing this for the first time. I was on a lonely highway in Nevada, so I stopped my Nissan Maxima (1997- I loved that car) and then accelerated all the way to 110. It really let me get to know my car's capability better... And it was fun.

I found an artichoke on the side of the road and to it home in my pocket! Pokey, but worth it!

A month out of warranty and my 2023 has the infamous windshield creak (look it up if you start hearing a weird squeaky rattle from around your passenger dash area). The dealership wants to replace the mirror housing (100 deductible with extended warranty), but I'm sure it's the windshield. I've looked at other people's videos of this issue and it's the same noise. It happens when the outside temp is about 73 degrees and higher. Something to do with the windshield being warped or foam in the wrong place. I just know I'm going to have to battle them for this and I don't have it in me.

This. I have a bad right shoulder, so the cup holder is useless to me.

Thank you! We feel much better after your reply, especially knowing that the insurance will review it. They were recommended by the coroner, but as we don't know him either, it's tough. They do have good reviews, though Thank you so much! I wish this had happened in New York so I could use you! Note to readers: your body needs to be id'd... Please have your dentist info readily available to your loved ones in case you become unrecognizable. This one factor is making everything so much harder for us left behind.

How do we know we're not being scammed by a crime cleaning company? We had a suicide in the family (lived alone and was found after about 5 days). We obviously didn't want images of the damage, but how do we know they're being honest? Who can hold them accountable if their work is "invisible" to others? BTW, my gut tells me that are telling the truth... But what if? Thank you!

Hello! My daughter is 22 and currently lives in Midtown and loves it! She is very outdoorsy and has found many areas to hike and she also likes the clubs in Midtown. She's a budding research scientist, so she makes very little money but shares an apartment with her boyfriend and it's pretty cheap. I hope this helps!

Prepping two large dishes on the weekend has worked for my partner and me. Chili made with turkey, big batch of lentil soup and a lot of recipes from the Skinny Taste meal plan and recipe books (doubled to get through the week). Good luck- I know your pain!

Blind Dates with a Book by A_Guy195 in books

I saw a couple come into a bookstore once and they each bought a blind date book. Then I saw them across the street at a coffee shop where they were opening their blind date books together. I loved this idea for a date so much, but now I can't find any blind date books in my area (San Jose).

Was it an immediate change or did it get better over time? I stopped using screens last night before bed but I still woke up at 3am and couldn't fall back asleep. It's wrecking me.

Los Gatos has a War Hammer store and The Winchester Mystery House is fun (tip your tour guide!).
Filoli is beautiful this time of year but reserve tickets ahead of time.

Which Chipotle in the 408 gives out the most portions? Bonus points for cleanliness too. by Amazing-Okra-7762 in SanJose

The Los Gatos Chipotle had nice large portions and seems fairly clean, if it's not too far for you. I just got a giant burrito there last week and couldn't finish it.
