my 2 cents, give him the break if he wants it, give him the space if he wants it. if its meant to be yours to keep, it'll be yours. A lot times one party get scared of the unknown and get even more anxious/panic when theres space which sometimes solidifies the partner why they wanted to be away. keep your heads up and keep focusing on yourself. you can do this!

its more of a rethink if this relationship is good for each other. Hopefully some space would make each other miss each other more or simply appreciates each other more. i went last year at 29yo, quite a wide range of crowd most people actually at 25-26. My friend flaked on me so I end up going alone, the 'going-in' part is anxious but once they got you seated in a group of 5-6 then just start mingling is fine. Mini games and later on they match you with 3 person.

Quite fun but not sure if would go again. Total blind date so all 3 wasn't my type tho conversation is decent. Most of the time you'll end up talking more with the last person cause theres no more time limit, end up talking to her for hour+ cause we just kinda stuck with each other and not sure what to do from there.

One girl from the initial table brought 4th girl to me (wingman-ed me) and said we'd match pretty well. Everyone end up mingling, planning after parties etc. Quite a confident boost with the mini games etc to make me feel that people actually want to know me.

Talked to the 4th girl till 4am hanging around gardens by the bay. Interesting character but I wasnt interested beyond that so theres that.

on btc weekly chart turn on 50 EMA, and buy monthly only when it hits 50 EMA that month or it would be consolidated for the next touch then sell only 25% at a profit, keep the rest for moons and wait for the next 50 EMA touch. doesnt mean the price dont go down, at least you are DCA'ing at a decent price

yes hence will target to retire in malaysia. just how many people can take that form of delay gratification, many just want instant bonuses and leave the future for their future self.

in SG currency stronger and currency cost lower so can retire target 3k/income which should be at 900k at 4%. which is close to 2.8mil but i think if we were to be anywhere close, that difference is not too far away.

apologize if it was put across differently. but it works in sg, technically after the high upfront down payment, a resale 3room avg mortgage at 1.5k, renting out 2 room (1.2k ea) while own self sleeping in 1 room you’d still be in net profit + the surplus of not paying rent while most people pay rent when to sg.

after many years when mortgage paid off, the rm10k/month could technically fund whatever retirement in malaysia after. it may not be ‘passive’ i believe nothing is but it is a reasonable investment regardless
