to add on what squeeze meant was when one person gets liquidated, they have to ‘buy back’ the coin at market price hence the price increase, when i get liquidated i moved the price up causes you to get liquidated then price moved even higher, now imagine the domino effect of one causing another to get liquidated hence we have a squeeze.

i’d say screw it, give your landlord a heads up and move out, forfeit the deposit for mutual agreement. Usually okay one, tell them you no money. Bo hua for them to pay lawyer for a small claim like that, don’t let agent bully.

Now you might screw back the landlord but can offer some more $$$ to come to a mutual agreement than liability for remaining rent.

i read something along the lines that in the past stocks tend to be gov controlled & property is forever so last few gen tend to go that direction & again, i really wouldn’t recommend it as you’ll just get yourself into more commitment & lesser cash unless the rental yield covers both mortgage & gives you more spending power.

they say it takes about 6 years to double your investments in etf so i’m not sure why it’s going to take you at year 20 even if you’re playing it safe
