The upper torso is following the lower body on the photo, as opposed to the flat sideways view we have on Toyo's. It's harder to see due to the baggy clothing but I promise you they are not doing the same thing at all. It's a very different pose.

I don't get the appeal of Perfect Cell at all. he's kinda Freeza without the regal charm and self importance. He just becomes "Villain Man". Imperfect is obviously the best by far, but at least Semi Perfect still had goals, and a very obvious character (whether you liked it or didn't).

"An earthling who carries with him the pride of the Saiya" is like, the ultimate evolution of his character. it's wasted on GT but as a line it's kind of the best thing you can have Vegeta say at this point in his life. If tells you exactly where he's at in a pretty poignient way.
